The Wayne Economic Development Corporation Loan Review Committee convened at 12:01 PM on March 3, 2026 at 9 Pearl St., Lyons, NY. Members present included C.J. Britt and Amanda McDonald in person; Paul Kaiser, Corey Kayhart and Andrea Pedersen joined via Zoom. Staff in attendance included Executive Director Brian Pincelli, Deputy Director Katie Bronson and Assistant Secretary Katie Wisniewski. Kaleigh Flynn of the Wayne County Land Bank also participated.
The committee approved the October 2025 minutes without changes, reviewed and recommended a Loan Memorandum for a Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund subgrant for 24 Church Street to be forwarded to the board for review, and briefly discussed a Governance Committee recommendation to raise Pitch Competition loan caps to $250,000 for three products. With no other loan applications to review, the meeting concluded at 12:19 PM; the next meeting will be scheduled as needed.
