Chairman Ron Burrows presented Memorandums of Understanding for the Rogers County and City of Claremore Opioid Abatement Project covering two local initiatives: the Live Free for Recovery Housing Assistance Program and Key Choices for School-Based Prevention Services. Vice-Chairman Dan DeLozier moved to approve the MOUs and Commissioner Steve Hendrix seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
Commissioner Hendrix also brought forward an item on the GovWell community assistance tool used by the Planning Commission. The board approved a prorated $3,750 payment from Use Tax for unlimited community assistance tool access. The minutes do not attach the MOUs or the GovWell contract; for program details and budgets, the respective program files and the Claremore interlocal agreement should be consulted.
