Commissioners approve major budget transfers, County Clerk preservation funding and blanket POs

The minutes identify the target account (1301-1-1000-4201) but do not break out line-item uses for the $600,000.
The board also approved a $1,750 transfer to Planning Commission capital outlay to purchase an iPad for meeting and project use, approved May payroll salaries, and approved 39 blanket purchase orders totaling $114,860.00. Finally, the board adopted Resolution 2026-204 to authorize payment of purchase orders from all departments and adjourned the meeting at 9:55 a.m. The minutes do not include line-item invoices tied to the blanket POs; fiscal records will show specific expenditures.
