At the April 16 meeting, Jim Lyon reported that funding award letters were sent April 1, 2026, and that the JFDC was awarded 13 slots under the Wyoming Treatment Court allocation: eight YIT slots and five juvenile slots. Jim said, "The total amount is $157,421.50 per fiscal year which totals $314,843 for both fiscal years." The contract and statement of work are scheduled to be sent to programs on May 1, 2026.
Committee members noted the award increases the number of slots by three compared to the FY 24–26 contract. The committee will review the contract and statement of work when they are distributed to participating programs.
