Rob Nelson of Destination Global Sales presented quarterly destination sales data and fielded questions from the board about property availability and group patterns.
Nelson said that properties offline (notably SKR and Snake River Lodge) likely exert only a small drag on spring and early summer occupancy compared with broader macroeconomic uncertainty. He told the board that "3 to 4 nights is the most common group length," and added that a significant portion of group business is shifting into shoulder months such as May/June and October/November.
Board members asked for further detail on late‑summer and September group bookings and Nelson said many groups are moving dates out of July/August into the shoulder periods. The presentation did not include revenue numbers by property in the transcript; Nelson and staff will continue to monitor booking patterns and report updates at future meetings.
