Jeffers Family Trust for 32968 State Highway 51, Wagoner). Jason Howard moved to approve the minutes; Dan David seconded. Later motions to approve the variances were made and seconded by various members as recorded in the minutes.
The minutes record the procedural motions verbatim: “a. MOTION TO APPROVE: HOWARD b. SECOND: MEDLEY c. ROLL-CALL:” for VAR-08-2026 and similar lines for the other variance items.
