At the start of the May 26 work session, Chairman Jared Burner called the meeting to order, staff conducted roll call, and commissioners took procedural actions including the adoption of the meeting agenda (motion by William Turner, second by Ken Johnson) and approval of the May 12 minutes after a correction noted by Sandy Davis. The roll call and subsequent votes were recorded in the minutes.
Chairman Burner and staff asked commissioners to participate in optional pre-application meetings at the end of June when applicants present conceptual proposals. Staff will coordinate site visits for the campground applicant and circulate details on next steps, public-hearing schedules and any additional materials requests for pending SUP items. "We would look at the conditions at the next meeting," Chairman Burner said, directing staff and the applicant to coordinate follow-up work.
