During its April 2 meeting the Buffalo County Land Management Committee voted to approve an ordinance amending the official Buffalo County Zoning District Map for the Town of Lincoln.
William Bruegger moved to approve the proposed rezone on the grounds that it was consistent with the Town Comprehensive Plan and Buffalo County Land Use Plan; Robert Sendelbach seconded the motion and the motion carried. The motion record notes staff and public input were considered and the county classified the proposed use as a permitted Industrial Land Use under the Buffalo County Zoning Ordinance.
