Kristi Krieg, the district's MTSS Director and Outreach Administrator, briefed the board on testing and outreach and described a set of cross-agency safety and response improvements.
Krieg reported a significant increase in SBA participation rates and said staff are finalizing Tiger Way expansions. She described a two-year collaboration with law enforcement, superintendents, sheriffs and prosecuting attorneys that, according to Krieg, has led to improved law enforcement response times and better communication between the district and local authorities.
Krieg also reviewed the status of State and Federal resource funding and noted budgeting work underway; she said district staff plan to use the small works roster for proposed facility projects tied to Tiger Way program expansion.
