Applicant Gary Dewey described the occupant and rationale for the request: "His 78‑year‑old friend Jim Morris is currently residing in the recreational vehicle (RV) on Mr. Dewey's property." Staff Administrator Kacie Buhler emphasized the ordinance's intent to limit long‑term RV occupancy and the need for follow‑up: "RVs are not designed or approved for long‑term living and do not contribute to the County's tax base, but utilize public services such as emergency response." The Commission said it would calendar the permit expiration and engage Code Enforcement if the conditions were not met.
