Staff presented a conditional use permit application for a house addition at 20240 Cottagewood Avenue. John Daly of Revision, representing owners Patrick and Perris Deppa, described a project that would increase hardcover from 32.42% to 33.1% but includes an infiltration trench in the southeast corner of the site. Staff reported the resulting effective hardcover would be 24.57% after mitigation measures; Councilmember John Studer asked how stormwater would be routed, and Daly said it would be piped from the roof and carry overland flow as well.
Councilmember Emily Scherschligt moved and Councilmember John Studer seconded a motion to accept staff and Planning Commission recommendations and approve the conditional use permit; the motion carried 3-0.
