Council approves conditional use permit for hardcover exceedance at 3645 Parkway with infiltration trench mitigation

Councilmember John Studer moved, and Councilmember Scherschligt seconded, to accept the recommendation and findings of staff and the Planning Commission and approve the conditional use permit to exceed the hardcover limit by 7.14% for the 3645 Parkway addition. The motion carried 3-0.
