Board schedules June public hearing on special use permit for proposed auto repair garage

The parcel is 1.075 acres and zoned Agriculture (A-1). The Planning Commission recommended approval by a 5-0 vote.
Supervisor Jeff Vaughan moved that the Board hold a public hearing on the SUP at its June 15, 2026 regular meeting and direct staff to provide adequate notice under Code of Virginia §15.2-2204; Supervisor Ryan Cubbage seconded and the motion carried 6-0.
