Resident raises alarm about delayed absentee ballots and single-source printing

Deputy Finance Officer Jennifer Beller later confirmed in the Finance Officer's report that "they have not received any ballots yet" and said in-person absentee voting had not started but staff hoped it would begin late in the week or early the next week. Commissioners did not take immediate action during the meeting but the statements were entered into the record for administration follow-up.
