Items approved included a name change from Falcon Gate Loop to Fins Up Circle; a parcel reconfiguration off Mount Fiscus Cemetery Road (MA2→MA3) to accommodate a concrete pipe operation; multiple small residential rezonings (LFA→MSF‑20, CFA→SF‑10) and a down‑zoning to permit truck/laydown yard uses in other locations.
Staff routinely recommended approval for these items; as staff put it on several cases, “Staff recommends approval.” Applicants and representatives were present for several items: Ashley Cowan (Diamond Shores) and Brady Gantt (G3 Engineering & Surveying) each addressed commission questions on different cases. Most motions were seconded and approved by voice vote.
