Staff explained that DC Blocks Inc. had an option to purchase an additional parcel adjacent to its ITAP Business Park site and that the proposed amendment would combine the parcels for the company’s original intended use. "This would essentially combine those 2 parcels together for the purposes they had originally intended," staff said, and members had the opportunity to ask questions about acreage, fee‑in‑lieu treatment and future use.
Committee members asked about infrastructure and fiber considerations for the site and staff answered questions about the financial and tax credit implications. The amendment was approved by voice vote.
