Sapp explained that an NRP rebate was not issued for participant Lisa Klaver because of an error and requested the board approve a special check to be paid from miscellaneous funds; she said the amount would be replaced in the September distribution. The board approved the request unanimously. Sapp also requested a wire of $11,901.20 to Postalocity to pay for the mailing of RNR notices; Commissioners approved the wire from the Clerk's Office account unanimously.
