Planning board approves a slate of final plats and lot-line adjustments

"This is just a final plat," staff said when introducing several matters. The board also approved preliminary and final plats for Apple Springs townhouse lots and the Pleasant Ridge subdivision pieces after finding they met subdivision and fire-plan requirements.
The board approved Dakota Highlands Estates’ final plat, which matches a prior August 2024 revision that reduced the development from 66 lots to 27 larger lots. Several motions passed by voice vote; in each case, the board recorded "aye" and carried the motions.
