The actions approved on the record included adoption of the May 28 minutes (Resolution 2026-365), approval of the agenda as amended to add a continued ditch hearing (Resolution 2026-366), payment of bills certified by the Auditor (Resolution 2026-367), and procedures for purchase orders and travel requests (Resolution 2026-376).
The Board also approved appropriation adjustments under Resolution 2026-368 that moved $10,000 out of a Continuing Education—Drug Court line and increased a CORSA insurance line by $8,168, plus several transfers to the Board of Elections office supplies and equipment lines. Each motion was made and seconded on the record and recorded as passing 3-0.
