The Fulton County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously to approve the minutes of its June 9, 2026 regular session. Commissioner Jeff Rupp moved to adopt the minutes and Commissioner R.J. Lumbrezer seconded; the motion passed 3-0 on a roll call recorded in the resolution.
The formal resolution (2026-396) states that the board found and determined that all formal actions and deliberations that led to the minutes were conducted in meetings open to the public and in compliance with Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22. Amanda Mahlman, Assistant to the Board, attested to the resolution.
The approval completes the formal record-keeping for the June 9 session and was entered into the county journal.
