At 10:06 a.m. on July 7, Commissioner Judy Dodge moved and Commissioner Mary A. McDonald seconded a motion to recess the Regular Meeting to Executive Session to discuss appointments, dismissals, promotions, job postings, resignations, discipline, pending litigation, employments, real estate, and economic development. The roll call vote was Dodge, aye; McDonald, aye; Rice, aye; the motion carried and Executive Session was called to order at 10:04 a.m.
During Executive Session, Michael B. Colbert presented personnel actions that the minutes list as including voluntary terminations, interdepartmental and between-department transfers, promotions, a suspension amendment, suspensions, full-time regular appointments, new positions, probationary removals, class changes (received certification), temporary upgrades, temporary pay supplements, corrections, part-time regular appointments, and other miscellaneous personnel matters. The Commissioners reviewed the actions in Executive Session; the session adjourned at 10:06 a.m. The Regular Session reconvened at 10:32 a.m. and the Board adjourned at 10:33 a.m.
