EMS reports new ambulance due by August; Stryker system purchase saves about $30,000

Rohrbough said the ambulance is waiting on equipment delivery and is expected to begin serving the community by August if outfitting proceeds on schedule.
Rohrbough also reported the department purchased a barely used Stryker Power Load System that will be installed in the new ambulance; he said acquiring the unit saved the community approximately $30,000. The minutes note the department responded to a fatal fire in Nutter Fort the previous day with mutual aid from Clarksburg and Bridgeport fire departments.
