County to contract with Mighty Surveys for employee engagement survey (not to exceed $14,000)

Jack Wheeler told the committee that CPS HR no longer offers the employee engagement survey service but that a subset of the former CPS HR staff created a new company, Mighty Surveys, retained CPS HR’s historical data and uses the same survey methodology. Wheeler recommended contracting with Mighty Surveys not to exceed $14,000; the committee voted 4-0 to authorize the contract.
"The good news is they retained all the data from CPS HR, they have the rights to all that data, and they use the same survey methodology and techniques," Wheeler said.
The motion authorized the county manager to contract with Mighty Surveys for an employee engagement survey for a total cost not to exceed $14,000; staff will work with the vendor on timing and survey administration.
