Board approves March minutes and updates public hearing procedure for May special hearing

The Allen County Board of Zoning Appeals handled two procedural items under Other Business on April 15, 2026. First, the Board considered and approved the March 2026 minutes and associated Findings of Fact. Board member Dan Gabbard moved to approve the minutes; Jerry Ehle seconded and the motion carried 4-0.
Second, Chair Adam Day moved to approve an amended Public Hearing Procedure for the May special hearing as revised by Legal Counsel Robert Eherenman (identified in the minutes as "Bob Eherenman"). Jerry Ehle seconded and the motion carried 4-0.
