Commission told to expect Parsons Table COA at Nov. 18 meeting

"Parsons table, they submitted a COA. They wanna do an addition, I believe, to the inside, to the bar area," a staff member said, advising the commission not to get into detail at the Oct. 28 meeting but to be prepared to receive drawings and elevations at the next meeting.
Commissioners discussed the scope of authority for reviewing interior changes (one commissioner noted the commission typically does not regulate interior alterations) and said they will examine the provided elevations and drawings before deliberation. Staff said the drawings and elevations will be preloaded for the Nov. 18 meeting.
Next steps: staff will circulate the Parsons Table COA materials so commissioners can review them before the Nov. 18 meeting where the commission may approve or deny the COA.
