Director Denham told the council Public Works has been operating with a half crew while focusing on winterizing parks, the pool and the wastewater treatment plant. He said the crew completed abandoning the old water bridge at the end of 5th Avenue and that the old line is no longer in commission.
Denham said the town used a Complete Streets grant to order banners for SR20 and Glover lights and that "Town will not need any more banners for at least a decade while being able to change them out seasonally." He also reported continuing grant work with TIB and plans to attend the IACC funding conference; Denham said he expects to advertise an RFP for the Town Hall solar project next week and to have the first review of the budget done by the end of the month.
