Commissioner Brandon Flanagan moved and Commissioner Timm Comer seconded a package of motions that included a step raise for James Lee to Correctional Officer II G2 at a base rate of $26.86 per hour effective July 12, 2026; a step raise for Alexandra Kolski to the same G2 rate effective June 28, 2026; and a step raise for Kyle Parks to Deputy I G3 at $33.00 per hour effective July 12, 2026. The board also approved classification changes for Daniel Howard to Correctional Officer I G2 at $25.30 per hour and for Andre Steward to Correctional Officer I G1 at $24.80 per hour, both effective June 23, 2026.
The board approved a classification change for Ashley Job to part-time fill-in Correctional Officer II (G3) at $27.41 per hour effective June 19, 2026, and authorized hiring D’Artagnan Witherspoon as a part-time fill-in Dispatcher I (G1) at $24.80 per hour effective June 23, 2026. All personnel motions passed by unanimous vote of members present. "Moved-Seconded (Flanagan-Comer) to approve the new hire for D’Artagnan Witherspoon as a part-time fill in Dispatcher I G1 at a base rate of $24.80 per hour, effective June 23, 2026," the minutes record.
