Commission approves Dec. 8 minutes 2-1 after Commissioner Grund objects to omission of her justification

Commissioner Scott Mortimer said it was not fair that Grund was changing the minutes for the paper, and Commissioner Duane Morris said the discussion was undermining staff. The commission voted to approve the Dec. 8 minutes with a 2-1 tally: Morton and Morris voted aye and Grund voted nay. The minutes record that changes to the Dec. 15 minutes were agreed upon and would be voted on the following week.
