Planning staff: Old Red Rock School not likely to receive ELF award; permits and hearings scheduled

Planning & Building (presented by Alex Kovach) reported the potential buyer of Old Red Rock School appears unlikely to receive the ELF award. Alex said he will follow up with the owner about putting the property up for bid and noted that weeds are an issue on the site. Planning staff also recorded permits for two more homes and a renovation.
Alex Kovach told the council that hearings are set for later in June to hear SEPA matters related to Spud's Gas Station and Pratt Hills Phase 2, indicating the city will consider environmental review for both pending proposals.
