Council also approved a Transportation Improvement Board (TIB) updated construction cost estimate of $1,059,319.00 and a TIB consultant supplemental agreement with Anderson Perry for engineering services in the amount of $255,000; the mayor was authorized to sign the TIB documents and the Notice of Award.

The Apple Avenue package combines the construction contract and consultant supplemental agreement intended to align the city's bid award with the TIB funding and estimated costs.
