Wyoming County’s Public Works Committee on April 30 approved several Buildings & Grounds items, including permission to bid parking lot projects and jail window replacement, and authorized bidding for an air handler at the Ag Center.
Kehl moved permission to bid the parking lot projects and the motion carried with seven ayes. Leuer moved permission to bid jail windows and that motion carried with seven ayes. Roberts moved permission to bid an air handler at the Ag Center; that motion likewise carried with seven ayes.
The minutes also note an FYI professional services contract with C&S Engineers for architectural programming and space planning for the Public Defender building, not to exceed $13,800 (MUNIS CONTRACT #3775). The minutes do not include project bids, contractor selections, or construction schedules — only authorization to proceed to bid or informational contract notices.
