The Finance Committee approved an amendment to the county's contract with Tyler Technologies to extend the term through Dec. 31, 2026 and increase the 2026 contract by $2,645.70 for a total not to exceed $198,128.70. The change order was recorded as a motion on the IT agenda and follows previous amendments referenced in the minutes.
Supervisor McCormick questioned whether towns would have an opportunity to review a contract with Tyler Technologies as compared with Williamson Law Books; the committee engaged in a brief discussion of pros and cons but proceeded with the amendment. The amendment was moved by Supervisor May and carried with the recorded ayes.
