Finance committee authorizes ESRI GIS and Pictometry renewals totaling $25,337.13

The Finance Committee authorized two IT contract renewals at its May 5 meeting: an ESRI Inc. annual renewal for GIS licensing and maintenance not to exceed $20,837.13, effective June 15, 2026 through June 14, 2027, and a Pictometry (Eagleview) renewal for $4,500.00 effective June 22, 2026 through June 21, 2027. Supervisor Leuer moved the ESRI and Pictometry motions and votes were recorded as six ayes with two absences.
Minutes note $3,102.10 of the ESRI payment will be paid by the Planning Department with grant reimbursement, leaving IT’s net cost at $17,735.03. The IT director also noted that NYS is arranging aerial fly-overs at an estimated $70,000 and recommended considering that option next round.
