Land Bank rescinds earlier transfer motion and waives fee to transfer Bloomingburg parcel to Paint Township

The Fayette County Land Bank rescinded a previous March 30 motion concerning 11880 St. Rt. 38 N., Bloomingburg and immediately authorized a transfer of the same parcel to Paint Township with the transfer fee waived.
