Matt Pullin moved to adopt the resolution and Annette Straughter seconded; the motion carried with the nine jurors present voting yea. The resolution authorizes the Parish Administrator and staff to use the plan to prioritize projects and submit applications for federal and state funding; the minutes note periodic review of the plan to maintain relevance.
