The Kingsburg Joint Union High School District Board of Trustees held public hearings June 10 on the district’s 2026–27 Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) and on the proposed 2026–27 budget.
Assistant Superintendent of Student Services Heather Wilson provided copies of the full 2026–27 LCAP and the 2026–27 LCFF Budget Overview for Parents and opened the floor for public comment. Assistant Superintendent of Business Services Rufino Ucelo Jr. delivered the budget summary overview and outlined the district’s fiscal assumptions for LCFF funding and planned expenditures for the coming year.
No formal vote was required during the hearings; materials were entered into the record and will guide upcoming budget and plan adoption processes. The presentations signaled priorities for the coming year, including student services and instructional programs referenced in the LCAP materials.
