Council approves appraisal to prepare old library property for sale despite one dissent

Carlson, Rodriguez and Worsham voted yea; Councilmember Kannely voted nay, and the motion carried. The minutes note the Mayor will proceed with an appraisal to determine value and prepare the property for sale.
