Dave McDaniel, Chair of the Joint Planning Commission, presented Conditional Use Permit #2616 to the County Commission and asked for final action after the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval following a May 27 public hearing. McDaniel reported that no protests had been filed with the County Clerk’s Office.
Commissioner Michael Berges moved to approve Resolution 2026-12 to adopt CUP 2616 allowing outdoor storage at the described parcel in Munjor, Kansas. The motion passed by a 3–0 voice vote, formalizing the Planning Commission’s earlier recommendation and completing the county’s review process for that permit.
