The consultants told the board that vault-style restroom replacements are part of the phase 1 funded scope for Coyote Ridge Park. Kyle Davis laid out three representative options for vault restrooms sited by the playground and parking: a four-stall unit located closest to the playground, a three-stall option nearer the existing parking and a two-stall option by the pickleball court. "These would be located by the playground," Davis said, noting that vault restroom size limits design flexibility.
Board members asked for clarification about how the three sizes would be sited and how usage patterns would drive the selection. Staff confirmed the existing vault restroom would be removed or replaced in phase 1 and that configuration would be finalized in design documents. The board requested the restroom siting and size be included in the next packet for review prior to bidding.
