Clif McNaughton said MARC (Mount Ascutney Regional Commission) will provide technical assistance, statutory guidance, and drafting support for the process.
The Commission discussed potential participants and partners to invite, including the Windsor Improvement Corporation, Development Review Board, Historic Windsor, Paradise Park Commission, Conservation Commission, and the Vermont Fish & Wildlife Department. Commissioners also discussed reviewing earlier Town Plans to identify prior goals and unfinished projects—examples cited included bicycle-trail concepts and river‑connection ideas—and developing a Town Plan website to share documents and gather public input.
