Jay County awards $177,000 contract for courthouse sealing and tuckpointing

Commissioner Doug Horn moved to accept the Millwright Solutions bid for $177,000; Duane Monroe seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Commissioners did not record additional conditions in the minutes; staff will proceed to schedule the work and finalize contracting with Millwright Solutions.
