Chairman Cory Moates opened the election canvass session of the Cherokee County Board of Commissioners in Commission Room #109 at the Cherokee County Courthouse in Columbus, Kansas. Present were Commissioners Cory Moates, Lorie Johnson and Myra Frazier; County Counselor Jake Conard; County Clerk Rebecca Brassart; Deputy Clerk Jess Frasher; and members of the election board for canvass.
Following the provisional-ballot review and certification of the primary abstract, Commissioner Moates moved to adjourn; Commissioner Frazier seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The minutes record the attestation and signature lines dated the 19th day of August 2024.
