The Board approved the minutes of June 8 and payroll for June 12 and signed daily statements for June 5, 8, 9, 10 and 11, 2026. At 10:50 a.m. the Board moved to adjourn until Monday, June 22 at 9:00 a.m.; the motion carried 2–0.
