Bill Baldwin, E911 director, requested upgrades to the phone recording and network system. The board approved The Restore Store to perform required network upgrades for $25,990 and noted All Star Technologies had submitted a larger quote for $54,975.26 for recorder equipment. Commissioners also discussed exterior lighting upgrades, AED installations and JEMS site visits for building security; quotes will return to future meetings. Motions to approve purchases passed by unanimous votes.
