Commission approves conditional use permit for Cyrc Energy well with fencing condition

Commissioners reviewed site and access considerations and discussed a possible future update to the Road Maintenance Agreement if conditions require.
Commissioner Brandon Yardley moved to accept CUP 2026-08 with an adjustment to item (9) of the agreement. Commissioner Tammy Pearson seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The county indicated a permanent perimeter fence must be installed prior to drilling as a condition of the permit.
