Superintendent Dan Grabowska asked the board to approve a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Red Lodge Area Community Foundation (RLACF) for Units A and B in Phase 1 of the Schuyler Commons development. "Dan Grabowska stated approval of the MOU with the RLACF is needed for Units A & B for Phase 1 of Schuyler Commons," the minutes record.
