Council approves three vendor contracts: agenda software, stormwater lining, and Dixie Highway turn lane project

Staff described the project as shortening a median to add about 130 linear feet of stacking (roughly five car lengths) at the Dixie–Ocean intersection. The agenda packet listed $102,543.75 for that project, but the motion read $1,102,543.75; the council approved the motion 5–0. Funding was identified from the infrastructure reserves.
