Van Buren County proclaims October 2025 Domestic Violence Awareness Month

The proclamation notes the prevalence and impacts of domestic violence and urges community coordination to support victims and prevent future violence. The roll call vote was recorded as Meek Aye, Waugh Aye, House Aye.
The proclamation was signed on Oct. 13, 2025, in Keosauqua and will be part of county records and outreach materials to promote awareness during October.
