Davis described a resolution to purchase roof-replacement services for two building sections at Indian Hill High School through a consortium (OCEPC/AEPA) and noted the process would begin once the contract is approved; he said Embus Roofing will be notified it has "successfully won the contract" and that materials will begin moving in the week of Memorial Day with work to follow in the summer. He also summarized technology contracts: a virtual server, renewal of XPEL cybersecurity, and an annual purchase of 720 Acer Chromebooks for students, and he announced an acceptance of a $1,000 donation for the boys basketball team from Tamara and Eric Cantor.
A board member asked for clarification about the roofing schedule and Davis said the project will start after school ends, with pre-meetings to finalize timelines. The treasurer's report was then moved, seconded and approved by the board.
