New developer Bullrock shows interest in Palmer Hill solar after Delaware River Solar withdraws

Supervisor David Gunster told the Board that Delaware River Solar is no longer interested in developing a solar generating system on Palmer Hill Road, and that a different company, Bullrock, has taken an interest and would like to present an overview to the Board this month.
